To get to a certain point in your working life where you can say, yes, I have achieved what I set out to and I’m now satisfied, is probably the last thing anybody can actually say!  Having e-education and online learning always presents huge possibilities nowadays.   There are always new challenges and ways to freshen up our thoughts about the current job or indeed how to go about getting an even better one.  Year ago it was possible to just know someone at a firm to get an introduction to this manager or that, with a view to being taken on for employment.  The need for these long winded interview processes that go on for several online tests and biometric testing etc. are necessary for security.  If you have the right level of education for the chosen career, then it should be ossible to just apply for a job and walk straight in.
